Need help identifying a red disc capacitor for breckwell ce-401 board

There are no values on it but it must be atleast 120v and by the size, could be PicoFarads. The only one that would know is the board manufacturer. Good luck.

Please post the text shown in photo, from the side of the capacitor. That's a film or ceramic type, so ESR and bipolarity may be important... don't go replacing with electrolytic or tantalum.

From what little circuit is showing that could be a MOV surge varistor

yours burned up ?


a little round 'pad' hanging out ?


Run the numbers on the side of Don's in digikey or mouser

What about it? Post the markings. Can't tell much from a standard case style... could be anything from a FET to a voltage regulator.

A radial leaded FET ? How would a FET with just two leads and one junction work ?

I was referring to the 3-lead TO package between the two electrolytic caps that Selectaboy asked about in post 11.
