Need to source sticks of plastic round stock 1.5" to 2.0" diameter X up to 8' length

Material will be cut into 4" to 8" lengths for non-structural shims/spacers.
What I have found is rather costly at or over $10 per foot.
Ideas?

Or try McMaster-Carr, or Tap Plastics.
