Looks like all things are a go for pulling the trigger on new liner. Thanks for all those who have helped along the way. I've decided on an ovalized armor flex liner with insulation kit. After a year or so of watching how it performs, cleans etc Hopefully I will have enough confidence that I can call it a long term liner. At this point I plan on installing a block off plate.

My question now is how far down do you guys have your insulation wrap when wrapping and installing the flex liner.

To the block off plate. I usually insulate up to 1' from the bottom and then cut off any excess liner as needed.
