Hi all, need a little help. I have an vermont encore mod. 2550 and decided to replace most of the gaskets. In doing so I noticed my refractory needed to be replaced, so I purchased one and received it today. Of course the old one was falling apart and all I had to do is remove the fireback and drag it out, now with the new one of course I can't just slide it into the stove, I need to remove some more steel to get the refractory in my stove, thats where I need some step by step removal of other items......please send help, thanks .....
