We are in the process of buying a new Woodburn ingredients insert. The unit will be in the living room of our 1200sf house. I would like to heat as much of the house as possible with the new unit, but also want to be able to sit in the living room without being to hot. The dealers tell me to just keep the fire small while using the room and crank it up when I'm not....my question is.....will having a small fire harm the insert or allow stuff to build up in my liner or cap. The sales guys say no.....looking for more opinions.
