This looks like good stuff and not too bad a price. Also take a look at the Bendaway Plus and Bendaway S in stainless at the bottom. Also not badly priced for 25 feet.

Looks good and its good up to 400 degrees but I would use the Bendaway s it is rated up to 800degrees

Yes and the stainless is good to 800 degrees for one type and 1650 degrees for the other. I noticed the price lists are dated 2011. I just sent them an email to see if those are still current or if they have a new price list.

Yikes...didn't realize that was a per foot price. Even the aluminum alloy is $10/ ft for 25 feet. Why would it be as much as stainless?

at a quick look I saw the prices and thought they were really cheap but then looked and the longer the pipe the cheaper it became lol

Good to 435....plenty for an OAK. You don't need anything like stainless.

I did my Fahrenheit and my Wood eater in the last week (OAK'd).

I bought rigid 3" vent and then used 3" flex (found at ALL local Hardware stores)

Less than $40 for each one, including cap and tape (high temp foil)

I purchased 25ft of 3" aluminum flex tube from Chimmeny Liner Pro for $38.63. My neighbor did not have O.A.
for her pellet stove. Installed it down the chimmney along the 4" SS vent pipe.

I bought a 6 foot long piece of automotive flex exhaust pipe from VIP Auto Parts for around 20 bucks. It's the only place I found a long piece. It was 2" ID which fit over the OAK connection on my stove perfectly. I only need about 4 feet. I have a 20 foot straight rigid 4" flue so I have the inlet damper closed down pretty far because it drafts pretty good.

I used 3" rigid for the most part, then 3" flex. All found in the Dryer vent section of the hardware store. Then a 3"-2.5" reducer, and done.

I just did my Woodstove yesterday and did the same thing, except the woodstove has a 3" inlet, so a hose clamp finished it off.

Was about $30 for each one. Including the cap outside, with gutter guard as a rodent screen.

Been meaning to do it since last season. But....

It's thin flexible stuff. I twisted and folded the end over on itself and clamped around that.

Just found out from Harman that the 2-3/4" flex pipe they have for the PF100 OAK is stainless. I checked a local Harman dealer for the price of that part number and they said theirs was galvanized... A VERY EXPENSIVE galvanized at $6.99/ foot.!

Outside Air is correct... Why would anyone take warm air from the inside just to be lost out the vent unless stove position makes an OAK difficult?
