OLD Heritage Woodstove

Can anyone help me identify this Heritage Woodstove? I thought it was a model 18 but the oak leaves ont he door threw me off.
I know it is NOT installed with proper clearances but need help to ID this please
We have yet to visit the home but wish to be prepared when we do

Does that same label have the clearance requirements on it? The stove looks quite close to the brick.
