So I had yesterday off and as it was warm outside I decided it was a good day to deep clean the M-55.
Pulled off the top and the sides to expose the blowers.
Gave the chassis inside a good vacuum out.
Pulled both blowers and took them to the shop to really clean them.
I use compressed air/CRC electronics cleaner/ a toothbrush/ a putty knife/ and a bit of Seafoam (to dissolve the carbon).
Had them looking good and spinning clean.
Put 'em back into place and connected the wiring.
Was about 99% I had it right form memory.
Opened the front of the stove and gave it a good cleaning as well.
Got it all put back together and threw in a fresh bag of MWP's (Tractor Supply Bag)
Plugged it in and hit the On button.
Instantly I get a flashing #2 light (Bad Vacuum)
I shut it down and check all connections/wiring colors/wires/etc.
Fire it up again and same Flashing #2 light.
I'm like......Hrumph! #%$$%#@@. I check the Field Tech manual to see whats going on.
Don't really find anything.
Make a coffee and smoke a butt.
Thinking....thinking........
Hey!! Why did I leave the Ash Pan Door open?
Close that.
Fire it up.
All Is good
It certainly had a vacuum problem lol
It sure runs good a quiet when she is all clean.
