Hi all,

I am in the process of installing an Osburn Matrix woodstove in our family room. The stove will be going in the corner of the room, however there is built-in shelf/cabinet on on side of the hearth pad ( have attached a picture for reference). The stove sits on a pretty high pedestal, so bottom of the fire box is actually higher in elevation then the table top of the cabinet.

The install manual show a minimum distance of 7" from the stove rear corner to the wall and shows a minimum distance of 16" from the side of the stove to a parallel wall. As you can see in the sketch i made, the front corner of the cabinet table top protrudes into the 16" clearance area by no more then 1". Looking for opinions if this is ok or not?
