If someone can please help me, I'd love some advice! As u know, this is my 1st pellet stove and I love it! However I'm getting some pellets that hang up from the Shute to the burn pot. I am uploading a pic that somewhat showwhat I mean, once you have had the chance to laugh at my art-work . Lol I'd would love some advice. They gather on the ledge , and then somewhat burn from the heat, causing ash and clinkers to build-up. Thank u in advance for any suggestions.

The area between the auger and drop chute? or drop chute and ledge of the burn pot. There is a burn pot adjustment mentioned in the manual. If it is the transition between auger and drop chute, there may be burrs on welds causing pellets to hang up.
