So, I'm thinking about replacing one of my wood stoves with a pellet stove.

The stove I would like to place is hooked to a 6 inch SS liner inside a masonry chimney, lined to the top.

I'm doubting the pellet stove can be vented through this, but, worth asking!

All you need to do, is reduce the 6" to 3" flex adapter to connect into the pellet pipe.

I have mine vented into an existing chimney per #4 installation in the manual. Clay lined 8x12 flue in very good condition. Less than 1/4 cord of wood was ever burned. It has worked great for me so far into the second year.
