a technician came Tuesday and replaced our thermocouple in our cab50. This is our first season with it. It fixed the problem of our random shutdowns. Now however we have pellets some burned so not, laying around the fire pot after we burn the stove for a few hours. I think this is referred to as popcorn or fliers? Not sure but we didn't have this before the new thermocouple. Is there anything to do to stop this? I do think there is a lot less ash being produced now too. Thanks for any help!
