I'm looking for feedback on this web site...

(broken link removed)

I found it by performing a Yahoo search...wondering if anyone has purchased from them in the past, did you get what you purchased, how long it took, etc...

Their web site seems to have many parts at decent prices, but I'm skeptical about online vendors, especially where they only give an email address for "Contact Us" info...

Thanks.

Email them with your concerns and a request for their proper address. Their prompt and polite (or otherwise) response should begin to give you an idea. Suggest that they state their full address on the page.

I believe you have your answer :-)

Follow CarbonNeutral's advice by e-mailing them, but use the correct e-mail address. When clicking the mailto: link on their site it brings up [email protected] yet their domain says "...replacementparts.com" and not "...replacementsparts.com" That is probably why it came back undeliverable - somebody fat-fingered an "s" key when designing their website.

They are probably amazed that they have so many satisfied customers that need no follow-up service....

Either that or wonder why their sales people are as busy as the Maytag repairman

I sent an email off to the suggested domain...and it didn't get kicked back, but I haven't heard back...must be as busy as the Maytag man... ;)

I love web sites that indicate 24/7 service via email... I guess 24/7 means it might take 24 hours for us to respond, but then again it might take 7 days...
