Bout a used stove without auger motor. Installed, connected to a computer-like lead. It didn't work. Measured output 12v, reasonable for this type and wire. The motor suppose to run on 120! Any suggestions?

Double check. You are correct it should be 120VAC. 12V AC or DC did you measure? If you have a wiring diagram post that.
 
It's under 1 V
Looked to other connectors, the knob regulating temperature is broken. Ordered, will see. Thanks
You could also make a fused 5A 120V jumper cable to test the motor with the card disconnected.
