Not too crazy about out resources being cut and shipped to Europe while probably driving up the cost of pellets for pellet stove owners here in the states. I think I'll tell my local supplier that I would like the bulk overseas price for my next ton.

I think it's great that we can export materials and products we make ourselves. Notice that these are NEW pellet mills and do not reduce the homeowner's supplies. As for prices, I would be glad to see ours go down even though we're buying at retail and not in volume. And the nice thing is that the cheap southern pines will regrow and be harvested again. It looks like a win-win to me.
