Well Harvey is cranking up to be a real PIA. Futures of crude and fuel up limits on trading as he is shutting down refineries pretty much all of the Texas Gulf coast and oil platforms have been evacuated in the Gulf. Pretty sure not to much for tankers to do but wait too. New Orleans is worried that the new pumps are not going to do enough to handle several feet of rain. That's right feet not inches.
Pretty sure that a major disruption of the refineries could last well more than a week as Harvey just won't move.
