I have a relatively small amount of plywood scraps I'd like to burn. What do you think?
 
I wouldn't. Even in a pre EPA non cert smoke dragon type stove. Lots of chemicals in the glue, likely to be noxious stack output even if you run it as hot as you can.

If they are really small scraps you might could put them under the pallets you season your wood on to raise them a little bit further off the ground...

Noooooo!! Don't burn 'em, even just a few small ones, There lots of bad things, as mentioned above, that produce toxins to which no one needs to be exposed.

No go.... chemicals, glue, etc. that's a big negative.
