friend of mine just had a new pellet pro installed. cant seem to get the popcorn effect taken care off. pellets keep going into fire then out in ash area.has adjusted air as manual said several times, but it continues.any thoughts? also doesnt keep a very big flame most of time? sounds like air problem?
