I have had this same unit for 8 years. It had a problem with the auger motor in the 3rd month. Dealer sent it to me and i installed new motor. Haven't had a problem with the auger since. My current problem is that I just performed the yearly cleaning, and now it won't fire off. I run it on manual, auger turns like normal and will fill the fire pot to over flowing. No smoke at all in the fire chamber. I can open the front door, lift out the firebox and the ignitor is glowing dully (never noticed how bright it did glow). Fire pot is not so hot i can't touch it. neither the Convection Fan or Blower Fan is running. Will keep feeding pellets to overflowing, then give fault light after 30 min of no start.
