Hi Everyone

It seem my Voyageur Grand has an ACC that’s stuck open. Burn times are down significantly, bright embers and roaring flames even with the primary air closed. The push rod is in the out / closed position. When attempting to push it in (open) and start the ACC cycle, the rod has very little inward travel and seems to be binding.

Has anyone had this experience with the Voyageurs? Or does anyone happen to have photos or a diagram of this part works and how I would access it?

Thanks,
-Chris

That's a bummer. To service the ACC, the insert will need to be pulled in order to access the right side and the ACC control. It looks like the right side, combustion cover needs to be removed to access.
