Ok so i was checking this morning to see what my EVL is and this is what i have:\
BTW my piping is 3" diam now. Listed is how it is routed from stove to end.
1-cleanout T +5'
51" V =4.25"x.5= 2.125'
1 90*= 5'
24" H= 2'
1-45*= 3'
This is were im not sure if i count it. At termination outside the house i have a 45* tube like this
This is not my pic but mine is pretty much the same.
With out the 45 counted im at 14.125 EVL. With it counted im at 17.125. Im gonna assume its counted as it is part of the system. If it is considered and im at 17.125 and im so close to 15.. would i notice any difference in performance changing all to 4". It wont happen this year as Madame Defarge is not happy with money spent on stove upgrades.. (ducts, venting, inline boost fans, ect)..plus i know it will be a pretty penny to change all to 4"
