secondary burn question..

should my secondary burn steady? and am I doing harm if my burn tube glows? it's only glowing in the center couple of inch's?

Tubes glowing is a normal condition in my experience. Any other part of the stove is not.

hey thank's ...I just got isert installed, been burning easy, but now went ahead and put some wood to her. The second burn is great.....but was concerned with the tube glow! no harm done then....shuuuu! and should it burn the second burn on a steady bases?
