With the warmer winters we have been having and the heat pump I installed a few years ago we have only been burning 2.5 cords a year lately. I think i have about six cord here? Does that look about right? The stack under the canoe is about 5'x 12' and there is another cord to the right of it as well.

Yup I’d say 5-6 cords

Yes... using your pallets as a measuring reference I think you have right around a solid six full cords. Nice job getting two years on hand.
