You need a tire; I'm already not liking having to walk into two directions when my splits fly away. Yours fly away in all directions over this beautiful country...
 
Where is the huge pile of split wood? It would probably work well with a splitter if those welds are super strong.
 
Crude tool for poor results.
I need way bigger splits then that,burning 100% spruce a 12" log gets split in half and that's it.
 
NOT even in my prime, besides the small diameter handle, I just couldn't do it.
