Hello All
I am in the process of installing a new Harman Advance and need some help with the pad the stove will be installed on. My plan is to install It in a corner of my living room and have It on a 4 foot X 4 foot pad.Now this is where I get confused. What do I need to make It safe and up to code? I have a 4foot X 4 foot piece of 1/2 inch plywood on top of hard wood floor and my plan was to put 1/2 inch cement board on top of this followed by 1/2 inch of ceramic tile or granite. I get confused with the K factors and R values and also Mill board or Micore or cement board. Any help would be GREAT
