It looks like single-wall stovepipe was pushed into double-wall at the elbow. This could lead to creosote dripping. The image is not clear enough to see if the sw stovepipe is also upside down. If so it will make the problem worse. To be done right, change the single-wall to the same brand double-wall stovepipe all the way down to the stove.
