hey y'all,

Just bought the condar inferno stove top thermometer to use on my 30-NC that's installed in my fireplace.

Anyone have any best practices for ideal temperatures to shoot for before shutting down the intake? I've heard a lot of you talking about flue temps but I can't really get a flu measurement in my install.

Thanks!

I don't start to shut the 13 down until it its 400F or so, Depends on how the burn is going.

Welcome to a learning curve !! ;)
