Are there any manufacturers that make very wide direct vent inserts? (Or other good ways to convert my fireplace to a direct vent?)

I'm interested in converting a 1930s-era gothic stone fireplace (that currently has gas logs) to a direct vent -- but all the insert options seem very small. I got one quote for a Valor G4 insert with custom metal surround -- but it'd be a big downsize in the logs (down to 24") -- and I thought having a much smaller square fireplace inset in the middle of the stonework might look a bit strange.

The fireplace is 47" wide (with 30" logs) and a 34" height at the peak:
