Sweet Home Stove Work AK-18 wood stove certification

Looking at getting this wood stove but not sure if it is certified or not. It looks like it is a Sweet Home Stove Work model AK-18 and was approved by the EPA but says it was tested 1985. The sticker seems to mention everything thats required for a certification, but would 1985 be too old for a certification? Even if it was approved by the EPA? This is the best photo I have of the stove and sticker. If it is certified, does anyone know anything about it? Is it a good stove?

I think you can't install this in Oregon. I googled as I remembered some discussion of stringent regulations in OR, and it tells me this:
State Law (ORS 468.655) allows only wood stoves certified as new on or after July 1, 1986.
