Have my stove on thermostat. Set at 70. Temp just keeps rising. Blower fan set on low. What is the problem.

What kind of stove? If it has multiple settings, first guess would be that it is set to run, not pay attention to the thermostat. But knowing the make and model of stove will help with diagnosis.
