Hey All,
I have a Troy Bilt 27 ton wood splitter. Last year the trailer tongue got bent by too much weight leaning on the aluminum assembly. I replaced that with a 5 foot long 1/4" steel for more durability. Over the past 3 days I have been splitting all of my wood and when the beam is raised in the vertical position and the lock handle is situated on the beam, it rattles.

Does anyone else have this problem with the rattling?

Machine runs great other than the rattling...
