I hope this may help someone! This past weekend I had trouble with my kings 5502m pellet stove, thank gosh Tractor supply company manger actually helped me.
But, my pellet stove would not start right, the ignitor and anger was not working and I had no idea why. I got the customer service number for US Stove, but no one from them called all weekend. Just now I received a text message with their actual customer service number. And mow I'm passing it on to everyone so they do not have to wait as I did.
