Used stove plus splitter price?

I looked at a used HI300 insert today that was in very good shape, 5 years old. Seller is also including in sale a wood splitter (dirty hand tools 22 ton) that is in amazing shape bought new in august. He is asking 2250 for package. What do you guys think?

Sounds like a decent deal if both are in good condition.

Lowes is selling that DH 22 ton for $1099 right now brand new. That means that you will be paying at least $1150 for the insert if the splitter is like brand new.
I have no idea what that insert is really worth but just wanted to give you some perspective on that price.

I think the HI300 sells for something near $3000, more if enameled.
