Vermont Bun Baker owners/users experience ?

Otherwise advertised at this forum website as the Baker's Oven Woodstove ALL-IN-ONE

So a dealer for this stove is a sponsor for this forum since as I sit
here typing this, the ad is draped across the top of my screen.

It is a cute little buggar and I can readily see that it might bake something
small pretty well but I doubt it could heat cook pans all that well
to do stove top cooking. The only way that works really well is when
you can lift the lid up and let the pan's bottom be exposed to the direct
fire by setting the correctly sized pan in the hole.

Aside from cooking I wonder if any meaningful heat can be generated
to heat a small room etc if it just used as a heater ? I have never seen
anything else quite so cute so it is very unique.
Since it is made in Australia.... or at least distributed from there
( It could be made in China etc ) a good chunk of the $3000 cost has to
be shipping I would suppose. Interestingly there is some doubt in my
mind that it would qualify as a cook stove under the new EPA regulations.
The reason being is that it does not have an ashpan-drawer that I can see.

This is such an expensive little oven stove. Has anyone ever seen anything similar that is not
so expensive ?

This is a little less expensive. Definitely not an EPA stove though.

The Grand Wood Cook Stove looks nice. In researching I found a lot better photos and
more info at this site

Although a relatively recent introduction, They said they have sold over fifty by now
but no reviews anywhere that I could find. The oven is large enough but I wonder if
it can get hot enough to cook pizza ?
