1993 Waterford Stanley for Sale. $2500. Stove is in excellent condition with the exception of some porcelain chipping. It is all cast iron, so it is built to last for generations. I dissembled it to reseal and gasket it to prepare it for sale so it is also in excellent working order. The stove comes with the original tools to operate it, a stainless water jacket and piping for thermosiphon heating domestic water, warming oven, side shelf and porcelain coated chimney pipe. The chimney is set up for a top exit, but it can be set up as a rear exit.
It takes logs up to 16". It has been the sole heat source for a 100 year old 800Sq Ft house in central NC for over 20 years and has been replaced by a newer cookstove. It is a pleasure to use and surprisingly easy to use for cooking and baking. The cooktop heats quickly and the oven bakes venly and holds temperature well. I can fire it and demonstrate how to use it.
I will not mail it, but I can load it. It is 800 lbs but can be stripped down to about 400lbs pretty easily.
