Built a new wood rack last year for oak, so it could sit for a few years. Looks like I'll be building it again. Had some winding days a few weeks and it came off the cinder blocks, took out a window on the barn. AH one more thing to do. It had wood in it to.

Guess it wasn't enough wood to hold it down. It might be worth pouring some footings that you can secure it to, or possibly a shed anchoring system.
