Hello
The Aladdin is actually called a Quadra-Fire 1200 and has the control box under the hopper on the right side and no carry slots in the back panel
The Quadrafire / HHT called the Quadrafire Classic Bay CB1200 has the control box in the hopper on the right side and 2 carry slots in the back panel
Any other differences besides the tag that shows the manufacturer?

Hello
Yes they are.
HHT Home and Hearth Texhnologies purchased Aladdin Steel Products in Feb 1998 and of course have their name on it now! Both companies were based in Colville WA at the time :)
The Aladdin CB1200 Classic Bay shown here was made in 1997.
Since HHT purchased the company they made a few improvements to the Classic Bay
Such as only 2 top baffles instead of 3 that easily slide in and out so you do not have this problem!!
Warped center baffle
Broken heat exchanger tube

Lol - I had this Aladdin sitting around for 4 years and just fixed it up in the last few weeks! So that is why I had more info to answer! :)
Also it needed a new wire harness, convection blowe, exhaust blower, thermocouple, a complete paint job plus the heat forging and welding fix in the links above!

I just found another difference between the Aladdin and HHT. The side door latches! HHT redesign them so they do not break and fall apart!! !!!
Also here is the History of Aladdin Steel Products, Inc that started the Quadra-Fire Brand which was purchased in Fen 1998 by HHT and called Aladdin Hearth Products
Then it became Quadra-Fire

Hello
One other caveat here is that the Aladdin and older HHT CB1200 Classic Bay stoves had the old non translucent gray control box. HHT came out with a new updated translucent or clear control box with some good improvements.
1. There was no real start cycle circuit so if the heat level switch is set to low, and the stove is in a very cold place, then the stove may not have enough heat and vacuum to turn the safety switches ( vacuum switch and low limit ) on before the 15 minute time out kicks off. The reset button can be pressed to give it more time and then it will start unless the auger chute was completely empty of pellets then it may take one more press of the reset button to get the stove started. This occurrence can also be avoided by having the heat level switch set to medium or high.
The new clear control box can easily installed to replace the old gray box to resolve this issue.
2. The model selector switch will flash a blue light in this clear box that can easily be seen to show which model stove the box is programmed for.
3. There is an amber light that flashes sometimes when the stove does not start to show the thermocouple is broken on not making proper contact with the screw terminal block to make fault diagnosis much easier.
