What kind of stove is this? HELP

I found this parlor looking stove locally to me and was thinking of picking it up. I dont know anything about it and was hoping someone knew what it was, Make, Year, Model maybe? It's in such nice condition that I suspect it's a reproduction. Is there any identification or country of original stamped on the back or in the castings? FWIW the green legs seem like they belong to another stove.
