I just did my own install and was wondering what are the best tie backs for my situation. My wife is worried that the curtains may turn a little brown.

No tie backs. Make sure your homeowners is paid up, light it up and go to a movie. It will all be fine in the end......

PS: Make sure you taake all your firearms with you in the car............

I used a 120mm for a door stop and kept the basement savers at bay for a few extra minutes.

I wouldn't worry about it. Looks good.

Would replace the tape on the pipe with black duct tape

I would disconnect the pipe, let the curtain hang down, cut a hole where the pipe is, and put the pipe back together. Then you get to have privacy and be warm and toasty.

Actually the stove is for sale in the DC craigslist. He states the stove has to go. With the price of drapes and pellets going up, he's going back to electric.

DC... Isn't that home to Marion Barry?_g

His grave, yes.

Thought maybe it was his stove........lol
