Where can I install Pellet Stove Piping ?

I got a PVD-25 Englander pellet stove.

I want to install it in this room to the Right side of the door.
What's the proper location for the pellet stove exhaust pipe etc?

(I'm making the door smaller, so I did photoshop)

In the owners manual, Vent Termination Clearances, lists the minimum clearances..

I was thinking. Would it be better thru the roof, or thru the wall ? Would both be acceptable.
I will have 3 feet in all directions of clearance

Roof is an option , but the clearance to the skylight would be a concern. For me , I don't like putting anything thru the roof, beside the plumbing vent, but that's just me...
