Where should I look for a stainless chimney chase cap?

I need to replace my chase cap. I'd like to go with cross broke stainless. 1-6" hole with a drip edge. It's roughly 6' long by 3' wide. Some of the quotes I'm getting online are flooring me. I looked online for local but wasn't even sure where to look.

Anyone have any suggestions? Most of the local stove shops are high dollar.

start with any decent fabrication shops or welders in your area as typically a chase top is custom made. You might find someone who is slow right now want to take on a differant kind of project. We use a HVAC metal shop to have out chase tops built to spec, but they only work in glavanized.

Thanks for the reply. What gauge OS stainless would be good? I don't mind a little overkill for durability sake. . 29 or thicker?

i would go thicker i think at least somewhere around the 20 gauge mark, as that's what we use for the galvanized pans
