after doing some reading here, I am aware of the general +/- of Biobricks and also aware of over firing with them and Jotul's warranty issue. However, my 7 cords or so of firewood I accumulated this Summer are in widely varying states of seasoning (some dealers were much better than others) and I would feel safer with a ton of backup Biobricks at the ready. Is there a delivery service for Stamford for this type of product by the ton?

When I ordered last month, they were out of Bios, but had Liberty Bricks, which are the same composition, just a little larger brick. I have really liked them so far, especially the space savings and that should be helpful to you with 7 cords already in hand.
