The glass on this model is held in by strips of metal that are screwed into the backside of the door. The gasket material and the glass fit underneath it and the metal strips are tightened to hold it in place. Unfortunately, the holes on the door has stripped so I can’t tighten down on the glass and gasket material. Any ideas for how to secure the metal strips or secure the glass and gasket without using the metal strips? Also, any ideas for where I can get replacement gasket material for the front and side glass? Thanks in advance.

Bigger screws?

I think you will need to repair the holes. You will need special drill bits and taps. The only other way that might work is to remove all the screws and install "studs", and then use nuts to hold the metal retainer. I'd look for a replacement door as both of those methods take time and might not work out. Retapping the holes for a bigger screw is the proper way.

Where would I find a replacement door? Anyone throwing away a Whitfield ii TC Pellet stove?

Your manual should have a parts diagram with the part numbers. Try searching the parts number. The only temporary fix might be to use some JB Weld and dab the holes with a toothpick to get some down in there, then put the screws in and let it sit overnight..

Tap the holes with a bottoming tap; get machine screws the right size. When installing, use a drop of Loctite threadlocker. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Let it sit overnight, and you should be good to go
