I am reviewing the installation details for my new Osburn Inspire 2000 insert while I wait for it to be delivered.

I've identified a potential issue. There will only be 1 3/8 inches of clearance between the top of the insert and the fireplace opening. With such a small space to work in, how can I connect the liner to the insert?

I have the option to enlarge the opening by cutting the brick. Would this be the recommended course of action?

Take the baffle out of the stove, pull the liner into place from inside. I think you can get an appliance adapter for the liner that has a handle built inside to pull on

I forgot that everything stayed in place and was used to hold the liner in place then...
