Show a picture of the grain please. I'm thinking Hickory but could be wrong.....
Garbage. Looks real punkyNew poster. Been reading for a few months. Trying to decide if wood heat is for me. Need help with a wood id. Thanks
I started with a poulon saw and never regretted upgrading larger(except that I still want a 70 cc now). Work on good chain sharpening skills; something I wish I would have figured out earlier. Thanks for the help. I got most of it cut up last night and some of it split. My 16 inch craftsman chain saw is not keeping up so if I'm gonna get serious about it I'm gonna need to upgrade.
Absolutely about the sharp chain. It can make all the difference in the world.I started with a poulon saw and never regretted upgrading larger(except that I still want a 70 cc now). Work on good chain sharpening skills; something I wish I would have figured out earlier.
