I cut this 8-9 years ago. I have no idea what it is. Any ideas ?

+1 for hackberry - its warty bark is distinctive.
 
+ 2 on Hackberry.
 
BTW, you’ll want to split it no matter how old it is. Hackberry can be like elm and stay wet for a long time. I give it an extra year after the bark pops off.
