Hello all, I have decided on a Hearthstone Clydesdale and am expecting delivery this week. I got the liner through the chimney last night and have it ready to go, but am questioning the appliance connector. How does the crimped end connect to the insert? does it just get pushed into the opening and it will stay or does it need to be secured somehow?
My instincts tell me they expect you to just let it sit on top un-secured, but is this safe?
