The potentiometer that regulates the fan speed has become very touchy lately. Fan does not work at all on room temp and only one little spot on stove temp. Bought the stove in 2006 but has seen very little use for the last 7 years(heat pump). Only use about 15 bags every winter now. Have not replaced any parts yet, igniter still starts pellets in 4 minutes. It should not be worn but maybe dirty?
 
It's a common problem with the Harmans. If you can solder the pot can be replaced for a few dollars. Otherwise it's a board replacement for a few hundred. You can search the forums using "potentiometer" which will yield lots of results. Here's a few recent threads which should get you started:
