The price seems right if it's in good shape.
First glance at the pic makes me wonder how hot it's been run, as the color of the chimney pipe near the stove and parts of the stove top seems to be a bit lighter in appearance.
First thing, before wasting gas to look at it, is to figure out if it is going to be the right sized stove for what you are looking to heat / your goals (full time burner, part time, supplemental, etc).
If it meets those requirements, then it's time to give it a very good look over looking for signs of warpage w/ a straight edge externally, looking for broken welds inside and out, cracks, worn burn tubes, cracked bricks, etc.
I'm not familiar with this stove but a guess would be a around a 2 cubic foot firebox maybe? Probably rated for up to 1500ft? Hopefully someone else will have more specifics.
