I think you mean the Volt. The Bolt is a fully electric car, like the 1909 Baker electric, also in Leno's Garage.

The Bolt and Volt have a lot on these early designs. Range, speed, comfort, and safety have come a long way since then.

Yes, sorry... Volt. Had a ride in one several years ago, was not impressed. Ironically, the owner of that Volt traded it for a Bolt, hence my mix-up.

Jay has a few steam cars, all cool. But this was the first I had seen of a true hybrid with regenerative braking, of this age.
